Armadillo Welded Mouse Mats

Armadillo Welded Mouse Mats are given their name because they have a tough, top layer welded to a special, soft cling base. They have all the benefits of the superb graphics obtained with popular foam based hard top mouse mats, with the added benefit of a cling base and the strong welded edge.

Composition

Tough mark resist surface chosen for its good mousing performance and ability to provide strong bright colours. High frequency welded to a 2mm thick soft cling base.

Excellent screen printed or offset litho four colour process. The print is placed directly onto the undersurface of the mark resist material. There are no paper inserts, so your print design goes right to the edges of the welded mat, with no nasty white borders.

Standard Sizes

The standard popular size is 200mm x 235mm, but other standard sizes available are 200mm diameter, 150mm x 200mm (MiniMat), 200mm x 260mm and 200mm x 235mmm oval. Bespoke shapes and sizes can be made without difficulty, though sharp bends and points should be avoided.

Welding tools are more expensive than the cutting formes used for other specially shaped mats.

Packaging

Usually bulk packed. Standard size Armadillo Welded Mouse Mats can be individually packed into clear self-seal bags, white envelopes (which can be custom printed) or shrink-wrapped or boxed into sets.

Caution: The base of these mats should not be packed against printed paper, as the material can lift the toner out of the paper!
