Foam BackingBlack 3mm thick EPDM foam is used as the standard backing to the hard top mouse mats. A limited range of other colours is available but the colours are dull and the foam expensive.Other thicknesses available include the chunky 5mm version, which used to be popular. New production techniques now mean 1.5mm and 2mm EPDM foam can be used to make slimmer mats. Black natural rubber foam in 1.5mm, 3mm and 5mm offers a heavier alternative with the very best lay-flat and non-slip qualities.
Standard SizesThe standard popular size is 200mm x 235mm, but other standard sizes available are 200mm diameter, 150mm x 200mm (MiniMat), 200mm x 260mm and 200mm x 235mmm oval. Bespoke shapes and sizes can be made without difficulty.PackagingUsually bulk packed.
