Composition & Print

Mark resist top surface and high frequency welded to a special clear grip base.

The Translucent Welded Mouse Mats can be screen printed or four colour process printed onto the undersurface of the mark resist top. White ink can be added to selected areas or logos to boost the colours, whilst leaving the background clear. If a white is used, it cannot go through the welded edge.

Standard Sizes

The standard popular size is 200mm x 235mm, but other standard sizes available are 200mm diameter, 150mm x 200mm (MiniMat), 200mm x 260mm and 200mm x 235mmm oval. Bespoke shapes and sizes can be made without difficulty, though sharp bends and points should be avoided.

Welding tools for bespoke shapes are more expensive than the cutting formes used for other specially shaped mouse mats.

Packaging

Usually bulk packed. Standard size Translucent Welded Mouse Mats can be individually packed into clear self-seal bags, white envelopes (which can be custom printed) or shrink-wrapped or boxed into sets.

Do not pack the base of these mouse mats against printed paper as the material can lift the toner out of the paper.
